Your Role as Breakfast Cook

Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and eye for excellence!
You’ll:

• Cook and plan our rotating continental breakfast buffet daily

• Cook and plate the small a la carte breakfast menu

• Wash your own dishes

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards

• Learn, grow, and be part of a tight-knit, fun-loving team

Your Role as PM Line Cook

Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and eye for excellence!
You’ll:

• Prep and cook our fine-dining steak house menu

• Prep and cook our lunch menu

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards

• Learn, grow, and be part of a tight-knit, fun-loving team
  

Who You Are

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Experience is preferred but attitude and willingness to learn matter more!

• Reliable, positive, and loves being part of a team

• Ready for mornings, weekends, and an adventure-filled season
