About Jack’s Shack

Jack’s Shack is our small, saloon-style fast casual spot located on our Nicklaus course—a convenient and welcoming stop for golfers to grab lunch during their rounds. We serve a mix of grab-and-go items and made-to-order hot food in a relaxed but fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Fast Casual Crew Member who can work both front of house and back of house. You’ll rotate between cashier duties and line cook responsibilities to provide guests with high quality service.

What You’ll Do

  • Greeting guests and delivering excellent hospitality
  • Running POS/cashier operations and handling payments accurately
  • Taking orders and keeping the line moving during peak times
  • Preparing made-to-order food
  • Restocking grab-and-go items and maintaining displays
  • Keeping the kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Supporting the team wherever needed to keep operations smooth

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a reliable, responsible team player who works well under pressure and is committed to great service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in food service
  • Comfortable with food prep, sanitation, and safe knife handling
  • Strong customer service skills and basic money-handling/POS comfort
  • Self-motivated with the ability to stay organized and move with urgency
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Stand/walk for extended periods
  • Lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Perks

  • $12- $14/hour + tips
  • One meal provided per shift
  • Unlimited golf privileges (with supervisor permission)
  • Work in a one-of one of a kind seasonal location.
