The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Server Assistant to support our dining room team and help deliver smooth, polished service from the moment a member arrives to the moment they leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in details, and shows up ready to work hard for the team.

What You’ll Do

As a Server Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the service flow. Responsibilities include:

• Greet and seat guests efficiently and professionally
• Fill and maintain water glasses throughout service
• Set tables and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room
• Bus and wipe tables quickly and thoroughly between seatings
• Run food from the kitchen to the dining room accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service moving
• Keep service stations stocked (water, glassware, linens, silverware, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Hard worker who takes initiative and moves with urgency
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy meal periods
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Perks

• $7- $9/hr + tip-out
• One meal provided per shift

Location & Housing

This job is located in Mullen, Nebraska and requires commuting or relocation.
Limited reduced-fee employee housing may be available onsite.
